The Leo3 Smart housing by Easydive represents a significant advancement in underwater videography and photography using smartphones. This innovative device redefines how enthusiasts capture their underwater experiences, appealing not only to scuba divers but also to snorkeling aficionados. Compatible with all iOS smartphones, the housing can be paired with multiple devices thanks to its dedicated Easydive application, which utilizes Bluetooth for seamless connection.

Through the Easydive app, users can easily pair their Leo3 Smart housing with their iPhone and access advanced control features. The application allows manual adjustments of key photographic parameters such as exposure time, ISO, HDR, white balance, and focus mode—manual or automatic—paralleling traditional camera functions. It should be noted that available settings may vary depending on the specific iPhone model. For convenience, users can switch effortlessly between photo and video modes with dedicated buttons, each maintaining separate manual controls to streamline operation under water.

One noteworthy feature is the optional secondary camera mode, enabling underwater selfies and vlogs. The app provides real-time monitoring of shots via the iPhone screen, allowing users to record videos with the front-facing camera while acting as both director and subject. Additionally, a power-saving mode can be activated at a press of a button, conserving battery life during extended dives; reactivation is equally straightforward.

The Leo3 Smart housing boasts a robust design with a lifetime guarantee up to depths of -150 meters, making it one of the few universal underwater housings available worldwide. Its Bluetooth connectivity links seamlessly to the smartphone and integrates a control panel that allows operation without direct touchscreen interaction. Equipped with a 9000 mAh battery pack, the housing can also charge the iPhone during dives, ensuring power remains uninterrupted. The large display provides excellent framing control, enhancing shot composition while submerged.
